I purchased a LED face mask and according to the description on the website it was to include a face serum in the order. When my order arrived there was no serum. I then ordered the serum by itself and it has never arrived. I have tried their customer service link on their website which only gives an error message. I have emailed them 4 times and never gotten a response. My order numbers are ********** for $39 and ************ for $127.20. Purchased the led mask on 11/2023, received the product months later, contains a 100 day risk-free guarantee. Product was very poor quality so returned it. Months for correspondence, they confirmed they received the returned product was processing return. I am writing to formally dispute an order issue with EverTone (also known as Social Beauty) and request assistance in resolving the matter.On January 20th, I placed an order for the LumiFlex Near Infrared + LED Face and Neck Mask for $204.16 (Order #**********).On January 28th, I received an entirely different producta standard LED Face and Neck Mask, which is a lower-value item and not what I ordered. This appears to be a shipping or order processing error.On January 29th, I attempted to contact EverTone through both their website and email but received no response.On January 30th, I followed up again via direct emailstill no response.On January 31st, I escalated the issue to AfterPay, the payment processor, requesting that payments be paused due to EverTone's failure to fulfill the correct order. ******** opened a dispute, but EverTone has not responded to either me or *********** this point, EverTone has made no effort to communicate, correct the error, or resolve the dispute. This device is heavy and uncomfortable to use. It left marks on my face (see photo). Due to the pain it causes me, I followed the company's procedures for initiating a return well within the 100 day requirement. However, I have contacted the company using the email address on its website on five occasions with no response (the first was on December 18). I also used an email address found on the website they use for payments (AfterPay). The contact form at ************************** does not work, nor do the links for ******** or Instagram. Purchased product on 5/12. Contacted them 5/28 to return it. They emailed me a return label. I shipped it back and per the tracking infO, it was rcvd 6/13. The have been completely unresponsive since then. I have received no refund. I filed a dispute thru Affirm, as I used their financing when purchasing, and they sided with Evertone claiming I did not supply enough evidence. I gave them everything they asked for. Evertone has nothing but negative reviews on TrustPilot for THIS EXACT REASON - NOT ISSUING REFUNDS.Initial Complaint
