This company is a rip off!! I signed up and paid $1,500 per month for absolutely nothing!! I canceled back in November 2023 and received confirmation that it was cancelled but still have been getting charged for the past 4 months. Nobody answers the phone and I have left several messages.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Total waste of money and follow up is horrible...

This company, and its owner John Warren, made multiple misrepresentations to get me to sign up for their lead generation service. All of it was false. At first, they made promises of verifying the leads before sending them to me, telling me that was their unique approach to lead generation. Second, they quoted me $500/month and the online contract link clearly stated that we were to be charged $500 at the end of each month. Third, they said they were going to provide leads that were specifically looking for information on my franchise. I agreed to try them for 3 months and they sent me a link to their contract which had a few different terms that I was not going to agree to. I called John Warren and he changed the terms as per what was mutually agreeable. I electronically filled out the contract and submitted my credit card information. I printed a copy of the contract.

Within a few days, they started sending me the first few leads, all of whom said they did not request any such information on our service or engage with this company at all. I checked my credit card statement and noticed that they had charged me the full $500x3 months on my credit card. I then checked the link to the contract that they had originally sent me and not only were the changes we had agreed to still listed there, but there were a whole bunch of different terms and costs that I had not agreed to.

I tried to contact John Warren but got no response. I sent emails advising of these things that made them look very sketchy and to cancel the deal and to stop sending me leads and we were no longer going to business with them and to refund the charges they falsely put on my card. There was never any response to my multiple emails or phone calls. I raised the dispute with my bank for a chargeback, but that takes a while to process. In the mean time, they again charged my credit card another $1500 3 months later.

I caution anyone not to do business with Executive Franchises or John Warren, the CEO

    Hi Viraf,

Your account was setup on a quarterly billing plan for $500/month. Please note that we have account minimums and we made a special case for Transition Squad. I am sorry that you were unable to sell a Transition Squad Franchise and receive a $50,000 franchise fee based on a $1500 advertising investment. Realistically you need to give a campaign time to work and have an excellent follow up process in place to close a sale.

I understand the pain you have growing from 2 franchise units to 3, but note that an additional franchise unit will be a 50% annual growth rate for your franchise system. We have the ability to help you make that happen but your timeline to close a sale should be extended to a longer sell cycle than 60 days.

We have tools to help you convert leads to candidates and ultimately to close. I will give you a call today.

I wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday season.

    John

It is funny that you would not respond to my emails or voicemails but now that I am publicly talking about my experience with you, only now are you responding. First, the contract was for a monthly billing of $500 and I agreed to try your service out for 3 months. You charged my credit card for $1500 up front. Second, my very responsive follow up process connected me to several fake leads that you had sent over, all who denied inquiring about our franchise offering and had not requested information from you. Third, when I click on your link to my contract, the terms are completely different than what we had agreed to, which I had printed a copy. And lastly, even though I have sent you emails stating that we are not proceeding further, your company has charged another $1500 to my credit card which I now have to waste my time going through a dispute process all over again. None of these actions are those of a reputable person and anyone should be wary of dealing with you or your firm.
