    This purchase was made October 11th, 2024 at exactly 8:45 pm PST. I made a purchase of a Fortnite account that was supposed to be delivered into my email account [email protected] within 5 minutes as stated on the order. It now has been over exactly one hour, during this one hour there were two points of contact and then suddenly no response for exactly 45 minutes. I have not received my product as I was promised and also I now have to go through my bank since there is no option to cancel this order.

    Player auctions requesting too much personal information - High Risk of Identity Theft.

    I reached out to PA to update my last name on my account which I had entered in error but never noticed. They asked for proof of ID drivers license and selfie which I originally declined, closed my account and created a new one with the correct info, this was apparently against the terms off service so my account was suspended. I reached back out to them an provided what was requested, to no resolution, continual run around and asking for the same information which was provided multiple times yet still no resolution was ever reached, they just keep asking for the same thing over and over again. Asked them to look at my e-mail, payment info, linked social accounts etc. which all show my correct last name but they keep asking for more and more personal information which does not align Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada which applies to physical and online businesses.

    I am asking for my account to be reinstated, my last name corrected, and all personal information provided during the course off this issue to be deleted from their side.

    All I want is for my account to be unsuspended and my last name to be corrected.

    As per the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada:
    PIPEDA requires private-sector organizations to collect, use or disclose your personal information by fair and lawful means, with your consent, and only for purposes that are stated and reasonable.

    An organization may only collect personal information that is essential to the business transaction. If further information is requested, you are entitled to ask why, and to decline to provide it if you are dissatisfied with the answer. You should still be able to complete the transaction, even if you refuse to give out more personal information than is warranted.

    I sold an account that I spent a lot of money and time on.
    The buyer opened a dispute (#201852) , saying lies about the account.
    So, you guys at PlayerAudactions gave him the case. He received a full refund.
    I complained to PlayerAudactions, and they recommended me to recover the account, I recovered and guess what? The account has been banned!
    Now on top of that, my PlayerAudactions account is on penalty because of this dispute.
    Summary: Buyer bought the account, cheated, banned my account, asked for a refund, he won the case by telling lies, I LOST 44 DOLLARS and all the time I spent leveling the account, AND MY PLAYERAUDACTIONS ACCOUNT IS IN PENALTY!

    I have 33 dollars in my wallet,
    my account is suspended and playeraudactions is asking me to pay to remove my penalty.

    Transaction took place on 5/3/2023
    Amount Owed 700.00
    Player Auction stole my property and are now refusing to make payment.
    I have opened several requests, and the only response are LIES.
    They have now stopped responding to me.
    The information they have provided are not the terms listed on their own website.
    I have also asked them to escalate the issue and provide contact info for Charlie Kim or Sarah Styslinger but have not received any response.
