    On 8/26/2024 my purse and wallet were stolen. With my wallet being stolen my cards were used in an attempt to purchase playtime on a website called pulsz.com. In an attempt to contact their customer service line I was prompted solely to enter a voicemail to which who knows if I’ll ever be contacted. I think it’s nefarious to run a business with no ability for its users (and victims) to contact YSI. I just need information to submit in my police report.

    i was told via email 8/7 that 2,352 of my email in entries had been located. i asked for the dates and amounts received to keep record of when i should be credited and it has been 2 weeks and i have not got a response to the email and complaint i sent through y their support. i contact support frequently and have a list of dates of when entries were received and chat support tells me 2 weeks ago that magically after months of never having a received date of may 5th , that they located 1400 entries with a received date of may 5th meaning i should have been credited $7000 which i was not. i want a membe rod management to contact me immediately because i should have been credited for all my envelopes like i was for my first batch. i have patiently waited and i believe they are trying to avoid payout for my entries so they are trying to make excuses. for 3 months they had no record of may 5th 1400 envelopes and the day i should have been credited for them , they are rejected. i never switched up my writing so i know there is no errors , i had received credits for all my first envelopes. if i do not get a resolution i will contact the FTC and my state’s attorney general.

    I’ve been playing pulsz online for a little bit now and I have just a very small amount and I’m trying to cash it out and they are being impossible with the verification. They verified my identity but now they’re wanting proof of address I have sent them a bank statement I’ve sent them Various other bills with my address my name and the date on it and either is not the correct format or it’s not the right thing. they want more. They’re just ************ me about the verification. It’s only $20 and a little change, but it’s the fact that they are being so impossible to get along with I don’t know what else to do. I’m not sending them anymore Documentation I have sent plenty and they’re just clearly not wanting to pay. for the longest they had my account blocked. They, but they will not pay because no matter what I try to send it isn’t what they’re asking for , can you please help me get $20? Also, just for note none of this verification miss mannered when I was depositing money left and right. They are just scam and the ripping people off

    I sent out 500 additional methods of entry by mail on February 1st , an additional 500 on February 15th , an additional 500 on March 15th, an additional 500 on April 4th and another 500 on my most recent mailing date of May 2nd; for a total of 2,500 mail in entries. I have continued to reach out to support weekly since February 16th asking if the company has at least received my mail in requests and each time I am told they have not received them. I find it impossible for 2,500 envelopes to be missing or lost at this point. I believe the company does not want to give me the credits that I deserve and have heard of pulsz doing this to others in the past. It is a federal offense to tamper with mail and if pulsz continues to deny receiving 2500 of my mailed in usps entries then I will have to take legal action and notify the postmaster. I have sent thousands through the same usps facility and have not dealt with any issues , especially claiming to never receive the mail so it is extremely alarming to hear 2500 have been lost or mishandled.

    Redemption pulsz is not responding to my email I redeemed 3,000 and they keep saying they sent over email for verification that I never received I just want my money and to be done with them

    I had multiple accounts and if you go in to pulszs FAQs it says let them know which email I would like to keep and the account associated with it so it would stay active and then let them know the other or others that I wanted deactivated well I did and they took it upon themselves to pick which account that I would get to keep and it just so happens I was going to cash out my $2000 dollar winnings on the account with the email ********************* that's associated with the account they of course locked it so I couldn't cash out my Winnings and I told them that I wanted to keep that one active and to deactivate all the others and it was the first one they locked so I couldn't use it ....so I did what they asked so I feel I got screwed outta my winnings and all I am asking and asked them was to please just deposit the winnings that I won with my free play money into my bank account...can you please help me any anyway get this done cause they keep ignoring me and not responding back to my emails at all now...TIA

    I've been playing pulsz For quite some time now. And it used to be very fun. But now we can spend literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars and will not get any free sweepstakes coins. It is ridiculous. We used to get credited free SC fairly often, but now, it's like pulling teeth to get anything. How are you going to be a Certain way and then change so rapidly and so Drastically?! It is unfair for customers. The point system sucks because you get any rewards for spending all of that money to get to where you are. Can't really hit any good wins anymore. New people come in to get sucked in by winning a lot. And then nothing. I have seen people's comments on Facebook about how pulsz was telling people to cancel their Redemptions to play more. How is that right?! Yes I am upset, because I have been Loyal to this company for a while and now it's like I don't Matter. FIX THIS.

    Filed for a chargeback because I had multiple transactions made on my credit card and cash app that were NOT me. They refunded me my credit card but I am having issues getting some money back from cash app. They deactivated my account and told me that they’re going to contest the disputes and possibly escalating this with law enforcement for fraudulent chargebacks. I DID NOT make these purchases so for them to threaten that really makes me angry. This isn’t the first time this has happened and the other times I let it go, which I obviously shouldn’t have.

    Been playing online with them for 2 years. Now that I win my account is locked saying I have 2 account after I won $13000. If this was the case why was the account not blocked months ago. Why is the account only locked after I try to redeem. There is no other account they just refused to pay me what I have won.
