1 starHentkowski i put system in 5 years ago. I had no heat this year and when I called it was 2 weeks before a technician could come out. He finally came out. Was here for 5 minutes. Said it was a bad transformer. Said that he would be back later on that evening or first thing in the morning at their latest.. never heard back. Had put four phone calls in is still no one has called me back. I keep getting told that I Kim needs to handle it. I've been without heat for a month now with two sick children from a genetic disease also, I was told by the secretary that if I got another company to work on the heater that my warranty would be null avoided NO STARS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This system was installed for the property owner in 2013, we have no record of any service since the installation of the system. Ms. Stout called our office on October 17th because she had no heat. We tentatively scheduled the call for October 23rd, but since she is not the owner we needed the owners name and billing address. On October 21st we called her again to get the billing info and confirm the appointment. On October 23rd we went to the home and diagnosed the problem and we were still not given the billing info, she told the technician she would call the office with the information. The part was ordered to complete the service call, we told her we would be back when the part came in. She called our office on October 28th early in the morning, the part came in late morning and we were able to return and get the system operating that afternoon.Review fromKevin W

5 starsRecently I used Henkowski' Team on a recurring problem, not fixed by another firm.
Hentkowski got everything running. They were good to their word and their prices are reasonable.
I am a person who does not like excuses.
Hentkowski gives good results not poor excuses.
I will use Hentkowski on all future work.Hentkowski Inc.
