    I contracted the Nicolas Bros to close in my sunroom on Sept 16, 2023. I knew it would be a difficult job, but they assured me they could complete it.

    They completed the job and I gave them a final check on Oct 30, 2023. They had installed a new outlet for me and connected a ceiling fan into the existing circuit. We used the room on Nov 19 and it was fine when we turned off the lights and heater at the end of the night. When I went out on Nov 22, there was no power. I texted *****, one of the Bros, and let him know.

    I received a text on Fri, Dec 1 saying *****, the Bros who did the electrical, hurt his hand and wouldn't be able to fix it. ***** texted and asked if I knew someone else who could fix the problem. I told him I would have to call an electrician and that would be expensive, I would rather wait for them to fix it.

    They returned on Dec 4, but were unable to fix the problem at that time. They returned on Dec 9 saying they had a tool that would reset the outlets, it didn't work.

    I told them on the 11th that I was having an electrician come to see if he could find the problem and I didn't need them back. After 2 electricians found ungrounded wires, wires not in the switch box that had burned out and roofing material used under the trim while trying to find the wires, I called them and told them the other guys couldn't fix their problem and they would have to come back.

    They had many issues that kept them from returning. In the meantime, I had other contractors come to see if they could help me. One contractor quoted me $8,000 to fix the mess they had made. They finally returned on Jan 26. The other contractor also came to question them about materials used and other issues in the room.
    They had no answers. I asked for money back to fix the issue. They left and said they would talk to me later.
    I have texted and called numerous times, they have not replied.
    I would like money back to pay another contractor to finish the room correctly.
