      Wanted to put no stars but it won't let me. If you do or want to do business with this company you need to know that under NO circumstances if you stop using them will they REFUND you. They don't even give you a parti refund, so this means if you bought a year package today & canceled tomorrow they keep all your money. Perhaps they don't know how. Life happens & when they change, if the company is an honest one they would at least pro-rate what you have paid in. Bad companies will get their karma. Buyer BEWARE they are scammers.

      A business that does not grace an individual or business with the liberty to change their minds and receive a prorated refund to say the least shouldn't be allowed to be in business. I had no idea of this before using their service. When you speak with an agent, just by default their robo answer is "we don't give refunds" and they do not under any circumstance. For all those whose money was stolen by this slum company it will return upon the head of the thieves at GR. The power is in the people so stop supporting slum companies like this. Customers are just dollar signs to them.

      I tried their 30 day trial period and they immediately tried to upsell me.I mistakenly clicked on paying $20.54 a month. Within hours I cancelled and I have an acknowledgement from GR that I cancelled. Yet they charged my credit card, not once but twice. A real scam they are running. Stay away.

      I can now see why GetResponse has an F rating with the BBB. Without ANY warning whatsoever, GetResponse shut down ALL of my optin forms and wouldn't allow me to send emails because of a simple issue with my ReCaptcha that I didn't realize was deactivated. I was able to reactivate the ReCaptcha very quickly (in about 5 minutes), but their tech support still kept me shut down for about 24 hours. Their chat support is completely useless and just tells me "we've escalated the issue". I already have double optin setup so there was no risk of spambots being subscribed, and like I said, I reactivated the ReCaptcha within 5 minutes of them emailing me telling me they shut down all of my optin pages. And even after they FINALLY reinstated my account, now there is another issue I discovered where many very legitimate emails can't optin and aren't subscribed to my GetResponse autoresponder. It has been incredibly difficult to get their chat team to acknowledge this problem as they just kept saying things like "That's highly unlikely" or "My email works", but then after going through multiple reps, I FINALLY got through a to one that did acknowledge the problem and said that someone should get back to me within 24 hours, but it's been well over 24 hours and no one has responded. Again, I just get the chat reps saying "We've escalated the issue", but nothing has been escalated - at all. I cannot recommend strongly enough against signing up with GetResponse. I've paid for multiple years in advance that is non refundable, but I'm in the process of looking for a much more dependable email autoresponder service.

      I got charged for services I never received nor want. I don’t have a computer so I don’t need any software of any kind. They are a scam company that’s hard to get in contact with. Charged my card $174 and won’t resolve my issue of returning it. Rather ask me a thousand questions of my info instead of canceling. Watch out if you’re out and about I really think they’re cyber scammers.
