    This company is amazing and the owner is rad. Some of these reviews have me confused. You all are aware it takes time to get your lawn how you want it to be, right? It is kind of like losing weight. You can't weigh 350 pounds today and expect to be 130 pounds tomorrow.

    The service is spectacular and the employees are all super nice. I won't go anywhere else. What you need to do is follow my lead and support small fam businesses. Or go to corporations and get ripped off like Tru Green. I would rather do my own lawn blindfolded if thats the case. Anywho, it is your choice at the end of the day.

    Simply Green is the best in my opinion and no, my opinion isn't bias. After dealing with so many overpriced shit companies, Simply Green is where I'll stay. If you have an issue...it is truly simple...call them and COMMUNICATE IT IN A DECENT AND CIVILIZED WAY. FFS. It's not hard. You all make things harder by complaining but never giving anyone the opportunity to see how they can help. No one is psychic here. The owner is a good dude.

    Thank you, Simply Green (one brother/employee in particular) for ensuring my lawn is always top notch! He seeds my lawn just right!! I haven't seen such amazing work in over a decade. So, I'll continue getting Simply Green service. ??

    I am having the same problem these other folks had. They did horrible work on my lawn, burning it out. They then tried to convince me that the lawn had a previous virus or mold problem (it didn't). They over-fertilized it and burned parts of it out. Sometimes they would come and sometimes they didn't. I didn't renew with them but they kept sending me contracts to renew. I had to get angry and told them to take me off their list. They owed me over $300 back and I had to threaten them with Court to get the money back.

    I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with simply green and their unprofessional manager Noelle. I originally coordinated with this company for them to treat my lawn 8 times and paid in full for these services. I was due to pay $514 and they charged me $524. When I requested the $10 difference I was told by Noelle they would give me a 9th service free the following day as compensation. They never came! The company only came out once out of the nine they were due to and the one time they did come, I wasn’t notified (which is against their policy) It’s common sense that this is beyond upsetting, as I am a pet owner and wasn’t able to prepare to ensure my dogs safety. Noelle advised she’d begin looking into the issue for me and began blatantly ignoring my outreaches for over a week. Once I got a hold of her I requested a full refund since I’d paid for these services and hadn’t received them, she reluctantly complied with this but only refunded me a portion. When I tried to follow up I again was ignored. Through this I’ve had to call from another phone just to reach someone. This absurd situation has ended with a childish Noelle continuing to ignore my calls, screaming at me as well as flat out hanging up on me while talking. I am absolutely shocked at how poorly and pathetically this all has been handled.

    I’m disappointed to say - this scamming company isn’t worth the hassle to deal with. I advise you to find a lawn service that boasts good management, ethics, communication and quality. All things Simply Green lacks.

    Disappointed with service calls concerning crabgrass. Scheduled 8/16, but instead the tech did the regular maintenance. I know this because I have security cameras and I was confirmed by the office they spray separately for crabgrass. I was told to wait 7-10 days so I called on the 26th for another service call. I followed up on the 30th and was told it was already treated on the 16th, which it wasn’t. A tech came out on 9/2 with a ride on, but was later told that they only spray crabgrass, so I don’t know what was treated. I called again for another service call. When the tech came out again, 9/28, I was not present and had my daughter had him call me so I could tell him where to spray. He had no clue he was there to spray crabgrass and was putting down the maintenance spray. I checked the cameras and again he didn’t follow through with spraying where I asked him to treat. I asked for another service call and was told the field manager would call me. He left a message on 10/6 that there is a service call in the system already. I followed up again on 10/12 for the date and there was none scheduled. I talked to a tech on 10/14 and I was assured that the manager would return my call Monday 10/17. No response. In the mean time, I have been pulling out the crabgrass by hand. I would not recommend this company as there is a serious lack of communication with the office staff, the techs and even the field manager.
