    Sky Ferry Aircraft/Robert Weaver was hired to preform and aircraft test flight and inspection on an aircraft located in Hungary. He accepted provided a price of $1500 for the services. Once the money was sent, he failed to show up, always stating he would be there the next day, or in a few days, etc. Then he even stopped replying to attempts to contact him. Since there was no indication that he would ever complete the task I hired another person to do the inspection and asked for a refund. Then he stated "I cancelled", which is not what I would call him failing to show up. Then is stated that his secretary screw up the wire transfer details. I asked for a confirmation of the wire transfer, but never received it. Then I again asked for him to return the payment for services as he never preformed the services. After multiple emails back and forth, he said I he was going to file a lawsuit against me for leaving a poor review of his company online, which is listed on Google. After his failure to show up, I found that this company/person has taken money from multiple people and as soon as money is sent, the problems and excuses of failing to complete the task start. I think that this company probably once provided the services they claim, but I think it has turned into a scam that now only attempts to defraud anyone that happens to need to services they once provided.
