    We engaged Shipo as our 3PL provider, expecting professionalism and transparency in their services. However, our recent experience has been deeply disappointing.
    1. Unapproved Extra Charges – Shipo billed us for 64 hours of labour without prior notification or approval. These unexpected charges appeared on our invoice, leaving us with no opportunity to review or contest them before they were imposed.
    2. Lack of Supporting Documentation – When we requested a breakdown of the charges (including timestamps, task details, and personnel involved), Shipo failed to provide any legitimate supporting evidence. Instead, they sent irrelevant inventory lists that do not justify the excessive labour costs.
    3. Repeated Requests Ignored – Despite multiple attempts to get clarity, Shipo has refused to provide the necessary documents or a reasonable explanation for the charges. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve the matter professionally is highly concerning.
    4. Questionable Business Practices – Based on our experience, their billing approach appears deceptive and lacks accountability. Their refusal to substantiate the charges raises serious concerns about their integrity as a logistics provider.

    If you are considering using Shipo for your logistics needs, we strongly advise caution. Ensure that you have a detailed written agreement outlining all costs beforehand, as their failure to communicate and justify charges could result in unexpected financial losses.

    We demand that Shipo immediately provide legitimate proof of the labour hours charged or issue a refund for the unverified costs. If not, we are prepared to escalate this matter legally and report them to relevant business authorities.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised by Luxx Holding Inc. and to clarify the facts surrounding this matter.

    Shipo LLC has built a strong reputation in the logistics industry over the past nine years, maintaining transparent and professional relationships with all of our clients. Unfortunately, our experience with Luxx Holding Inc. has been highly unorthodox and concerning.

    Upon receiving their shipment, we discovered significant discrepancies between the provided packing list and the actual inventory. The list did not match the 1,000 SKUs received, making it impossible to proceed with standard processing. Sorting 1,000 SKUs manually when the provided packing list is incorrect is an extremely time-consuming and labor-intensive task. Our team had to carefully verify each SKU, cross-check it with the inventory received, and create a new, accurate inventory list from scratch. This process took 64 hours of dedicated labor, ensuring that Luxx Holding Inc.'s products were properly accounted for and organized in our warehouse.

    Once the work was completed, we issued an invoice for the labor as agreed in the contract to resolve these discrepancies. However, the client refused to pay for the services rendered.

    Throughout this process, we made multiple attempts to communicate with Luxx Holding Inc. to discuss the issue and find a resolution. We offered phone calls and video calls to go over the details, show them the actual inventory situation, and even provide security camera footage as proof of the work completed. Each time, they declined to have a conversation or review the evidence we were prepared to present. Instead, they chose to dismiss the charges outright, without engaging in any meaningful discussion to resolve the matter.

    Shipo LLC has maintained a pristine track record with zero complaints until this engagement. We remain committed to fair and ethical business practices and stand by the legitimacy of our charges. We welcome any opportunity to present our evidence and documentation to resolve this matter appropriately.
