Returns with receipt within 30 days? Good luck with that! Drove 30 minutes to return part but manager wouldn't take it back. Said box was open! This is not a dishwasher! It is a 4"x3"x3" electrical converter to plug a high-end washer/dryer set into a 240-volt, 4-prong outlet. If he plugs it in he knows it works! He is the only dealer around that has it is stock! It turned out I didn't need it because the appliance I ordered was delivered damaged. I've never ever had trouble with a merchant in Delaware. They are good people. I went to school here. But I won't be back. John

John, the unit you wanted to return was a special order piece. When you first called to inquire about the unit, you were informed this unit was not returnable, as it is not a piece we in stock on hand, nor is it a piece we ever sell - you were the first person in our 12 years in business to purchase this model. The issue wasn't the cost of the product, nor even necessarily that the box was opened, so much as the fact that you were informed prior to purchase that this could not be returned. It is not true we were the only dealer with this product in stock - we ordered this from the regional distribution center, and it was shipped to us the next day, so any other dealer in the region could have supplied it to you as well, and if we knew you had plans to potentially return it, we would gladly have pointed you in the direction of any other retailer who could have supplied it to you just as easily as us. We try our best to treat every customer well and with respect, but we cannot be used as a trial-and-error service for customers to order special order units and return them later on. In any case, since we have come to an agreement since then on making a special exception to take a return on your product, you are okay now, but the original basis for denying your return is still one I stand by.
