      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I had a recent issue with an 8 month old dryer that I had purchased an extended warranty for. 2 weeks after reporting the issue to the company, they sent a technician from their warranty company out to take a look. Because of an error on their part with the service ticket, I was yelled at by the technician in my home and also had to stand there while the warranty tech and the appliance customer service rep yelled at each other on my cell phone. Only for the tech to then put my broken washer back together and say it wasn't repairable and leave. So now I have a broken washer, and Samsung is saying there is no replacement for it. They will give me my money back. But that doesnt solve the problem that my combo no longer match, no longer talk to each other (which is one of the features they used to sell me the combo). and I have to find a new washer for around the same price as they one they sold me. Also I am out two weeks of quarters of doing laundry at the laundromat. This company was completely rude, hung up on me several times, and after saying my only recourse was to write a review they asked me not to call them anymore. Except I still have the dryer and the extended warranty. And I don't know how I am getting my money back for the extended warranty because they asked me not to contact them again.

      We acknowledge the recent experience you had with Samsung's factory service, dispatched by Samsung, and we regret that it did not meet the high standards of customer service we uphold at National Appliance Warehouse.
      Regarding your in-warranty washing machine, we understand that Samsung has opted to refund the full purchase price of the washer component of your washer and dryer purchase (two separate items).However, it's important to clarify the warranty process for appliances. Warranty coverage entails repair, reimbursment, or replacement of the faulty item, in this case, the washing machine. The warranty does not extend to replacing other functioning appliances like the dryer, even if they were purchased together. Our role as a retailer is to support you in addressing issues with the faulty appliance.
      We did inquire with our support network within the Samsung organization to investigate any available options. We even located a washer that would match your dryer, pending availability confirmation.
      To reiterate, you will receive a 100% refund for the defective item. However, it does not entail receiving a new dryer also. We believe in fair and transparent practices and hope for your understanding in this matter.
      We genuinely regret any inconvenience you have faced and assure you that we have made every effort to assist you to the best of our abilities.

      I have purchased my washer, dryer, mattress, and entire kitchen from NAW. The experience(s) have been amazing with everytime. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable! They have a lot of sales people. I have nothing but positive things to report and have referred friends and family members who would say the same. Check this place out if you are in the market.
