    Same story as other reviews I have seen. I have been attempting to get a refund since Middle of December (when they initially stated it would be refunded). They keep telling me they are working on it, but then days go by with no response. I feel like this whole thing is a scam.

    The website clearly states that they will give you a refund but they do not. Do not do business with them.

    Firstly we would like to apologies for the delay in processing the refund, trust this was a rare situation. The reason for delay was that it was a high value amount and that requires a few approvals and the approvals got delayed by a few days due to Christmas and New year holidays in December.

    Horrible customer service. I have been attempting to get a refund since May (when they initially stated it would be refunded). Customer service has lied multiple times stating that they would refund within the next few days, then when I follow up they state they are unable to issue a refund.
