  This company is a complete scam. They scammed my daughter, who is a minor, out of a subscription. When she tried to cancel, they made it near impossible, then refused a refund, having offered no services to her.

  Totally unethical company. First they state you can get the medication for the first week at $20 and thereafter for $79 a month.Then they state you can cancel at anytime, I guess that's true you just can't get your money ********** bait and switch:When you get to the part where you order the medication it is now $299 for a month.When I asked to cancel my order and refund my money, they stated that the $20 is nonrefundable, that it was for the use of their app. That is totally not was stated on their website.They state that they did cancel my subscription, nothing was stated about the medication. We will see if they truly have cancelled my subscription.

  This company will scam you. They will say that they will be providing you with access to an app and weightloss plan, but once you sign up they will continually charge your card even though when you try to login it will say that your email address is unrecognized. In addition, they tell you to pay .50 for a one week trial but actually make two charges, one for .50 and one for *****. Then each week they will charge your card $35. There is no phone number for support to cancel your subscription or to get help in any way. When you get to them in email and let them know that you are due a refund due to technical issues, and not being able to get into your account, they will deny the request even though technical issues falls under the refund policy. BUYER BEWARE! Look at the reviews on Trust Pilot, there are many who point out that this company is a SCAM!

  Early in the year, my wife apparently discovered some advertising for this company and completed some input at their website. She told me that she was expecting to receive some sort of dietary supplements after a $3 trial charge. On Jan 5, we were charged $3 and $19. Thereafter, we were charged $35 a week. We get a printed statement monthly and I pass it off to my wife for review. I didnt take note of the charge until the February statement came in and my wife said she called the bank to stop payments. A couple of months went by and noticed these charges again. She said she called the bank again to stop any payments to our card. So, I investigated this myself since the charges continued and she never received any products. I went online to discover how to stop payments directly with the company. This is when I found many complaints about this company, some people getting charged much more than me and seemingly unable to halt the payments. On their website they stated that they would not provide any refunds. I suppose that is reasonable had we actually received any products, but we received absolutely nothing. Also, in order to cancel the subscription, you have to submit your email with a request to stop. I did so on April 26, 2024 and a day or two later received an email back confirming cancellation. It appears that no further charges have been made. From January through April this dishonest and deceitful company swindled us of $582. It seems that many others have fallen prey to their artifice and fraudulence. I am a former business owner.

  I ordered BELLA weight loss pills from them. After 2 weeks not receiving them I cancelled it; they didn't refund me so disputed charge with bank and got the $149 credit. Oddly enough, a few days later, a bogus transaction is on my credit card...a LYFT charge of $25 (some taxi in *************) and I see ABLE Offices are on ********* here in **...they were the only ones I recently gave my card # to; and now see this bogus charge of a taxi ride in ** for $25 when they are in ** ! I think they get peeved when you cancel and dispute the charge of meds, then go and likely steal your card # and use it! I did file a report with the Ic3.gov a branch of the *** let them go explain themelves to them

  I do not have a cell phone and **** only allows cell phone usage only I paid for subscription they refuse to refund my money
