    I wasn't satisfied with their product and customer service. I don't use their product and requested to cancel. I was charged anyway and they have refused to give me a refund. Poor customer service and I see that customers are not treated as people just a way to get money.

    While unable to provide a refund in this particular instance due to our policy, which is displayed on our website and was specifically shown and agreed to at checkout, as can be seen in the attachment, we take your concerns seriously, and will carefully consider them as we make any future updates or adjustments to our policies.
