    The psychiatric NP **** ******* would get an easy 5 out of 5 from me and is the best Dr./NP in the state by far. But due to the practice itself a 2 star is generous rating. Since he switched to Alapocas, this practice has restricted his ability to communicate with us, the patients, and you have no direct ways to get in touch with him unless it's through his secretary. It has really impacted his ability to respond immediately or even know what is going on with the people he treats. This is due to everything going through his secretary and other people and he doesn't know what's going on anymore. If they opened up a way to communicate directly with the person who is treating your mental health and took it more seriously along with better response time this would easily be the best practice in DE. He could and has easily done everything the secretaries have done by himself and did a better job. I hope they make changes in this aspect because it has been very frustrating to deal with. It's impossible to find a good person to treat you for mental health and when you do find one, no practices allow them to work to their full potential and it comes off as the practice not caring about patients mental health the way he does.
