    My PCOS coach is great, but every other interaction with Aspect Health has been frustrating due to their inefficient systems and unhelpful customer support.

    Address Update Issues – When I moved, I was unable to update my mailing address myself and had to rely on slow customer support.
    Billing System Problems – After depleting my HSA account, I needed to change my billing method. Once again, I couldn’t do this myself and had to go through customer service, making the process unnecessarily difficult.
    Shipping Mishap & False Information – When Aspect Health sent me a new monitor, they shipped it to my old address. When I asked them to confirm where it was sent, they falsely claimed it had been delivered to my new address and told me it was my responsibility to track it down. However, after contacting USPS to initiate an investigation, they confirmed the package had, in fact, been sent to my previous address.
    Aspect Health’s lack of self-service options, slow customer support, and misinformation caused unnecessary stress and delays. If you’re considering their service, be prepared for potential administrative headaches and unreliable support.

    Would I recommend them? Only for the coaching, but not for anything else.

    I signed up for a promo that was $80(ish) dollars a month for 6 months. I went over the marketing many times because $80/month was already a big commitment financially. After the first month, I was charged $239. I immediately went searching for my payment plan receipt which didn't exist - in the app or in my email. After reaching out to customer service, I was told "yes, it can be confusing" and was told $80 is only for the first month. This was not made clear whatsoever. The marketing was purposefully misleading. After doing research, I realized there were many other accounts of this same situation happening. Some with photo proof of the marketing. In order to get out of being charged $239 a month for an additional 5 months I needed to pay nearly $300. This app was purposely misleading and I hope that others see these reviews before getting tricked into a "promo."

    I do not have any record indicating what my payment plan is for the 6 month period. I was under the impression is was $80 per month, but the second month I was charged $235. My budget was not prepared for that amount and now I am wondering if this program is going to break the bank.

    Not worth the stress. just get a CGM from your doctor. It is probably the same amount even if insurance doesn't cover it.
