    We ordered a power wheelchair for my mother in February. The bracket that holds the controller has already broken. I ordered a replacement joystick control mount over a week ago and they shipped the part, however the part isn't being shipped! Instead it is sitting somewhere in a warehouse waiting for USPS to pick it up to ship it to me! I have called Aotedor three times and have been told someone from "tech support" will call me in 24 hours, I haven't heard from them again. We need this part to repair my mothers chair but we are getting no where with this company. Horrible customer service!

    I purchased a Aotedor 211s 4 Wheel Mobility Scooter for my dad on Amazon website. The reviews on Amazon were ok for this model scooter. I purchased the scooter for my dad who is having mobility problems on September 4, 2024 for almost $1200. The scooter was delivered around September 16, 2024 and my dad was able to test it on the day of arrival. The scooter ran good for about 2 weeks with no issues and then failed to start around September 30, 2024. I've called and sent emails about the issue. I've taken pictures of the wire connections and also provided 2 videos at the request of customer service of the scooter not working. My last email was on 12/4 of a video showing the scooter not working and I received a response on 12/16 that the technical team is looking into the issue. I haven't received a response since. My dad called today January 8, 2025, with the purchase order & zip code information and customer service told him they haven't received any email and/or phone calls about this scooter. I feel like I'm getting the run around and my dad has Parkinson. I would really either like to get the scooter working again or get my money back to purchase another model scooter.
