    I took my vehicle to this shop on 12/2 with a check engine light and small drops of oil (smaller than a quarter) leaking. After they repaired my vehicle the oil leak became worse. There were puddles of oil anywhere I parked. I returned to the shop and was advised by the service manager that the mechanic had Covid and would not be in until the end of the week at least. To keep oil in my car and he would call when the mechanic returned. When he called I took my car back and they said it was due to a faulty part. They repaired it at no cost. My car continued leaking oil again leaving puddles. I took it back a 3rd time. My car was now making a noise it had not been making before and they said the same thing. It was due to a faulty part. The repaired it a 3rd time but it continued leaking oil. I took the vehicle to another mechanic for an estimate and he advised me it looks as though they did not install the part correctly and they used plumbers tape where the gaskets weren’t set correctly. The underside of my car was soaked with oil and as far as the noise he advised it was only a matter of time before my engine basically blows up. So after $2,700 + paid to the shop and my car not being fixed. Paying for 4 separate rental cars over 3 weeks time and 4 unreturned phone calls to their corporate office I traded my vehicle in for a new one.
