      On June 25, 2025 Union Park BMW performed my annual check-up at which time I was informed that I needed new tires. I was told the tires were not in stock and an appointment was scheduled for 7AM on July 15, 2025 for four (4) new Pirelli tires and an alignment. I arrived at 7AM on July 15 no tires, no reason. Requested a manager, he told me the best he could do is get Continental tires there by lunch time. I told him i was told they no longer used Continental, that is Pirelli only, and his response was they still use Continental never addressing why I was told Pirelli only. In addition, he could not explain why the tires were not there when the appointment was scheduled well in advance.

      I dropped off my vehicle on May 2, 2025 to get a specific service that I know was necessary for my car. I called ahead and booked an appointment and told the service department what I needed. Even though, I booked ahead and told them what was necessary, they were still not ready to service my vehicle for what I needed that day. They had my car until May 7, 2025, because the part was being shipped from another facility. During the time, they held my car, something happened to my vehicle. There is a laceration in the body of the vehicle that I did not see until two weeks later. No one has taken accountability for what happened. I called the service manager and he said he would let his manager know. When his manager called me back, he left a message saying he had proof photo and video that it was on my car before I dropped it off on the second. And if I needed him to send it to me, he would. He has not sent me this proof. I called back my service manager and his manager and left messages that I would like these photos/videos sent to me, and no one has returned my calls or responded to that request. I am currently trying to contact someone that manages both of them to get this sorted out. I cannot believe that no one is taking accountability for their actions, and it seems it will be left up to me to fix the body of my vehicle.

      I’ve purchased a few vehicles from Union Park in which the interaction/transaction was superior. However, I must say the purchase of this 2020 Buick Encore GX is by far the worst vehicle ever. It’s been a complete nightmare from the replacing of turbo engine, the tire strut, tire sensors on numerous occasions as well as the brake sensors, squeaking, and etc.. Therefore, what can I do to get out of this vehicle ASAP. I should not been having this problem since the car was spanking new off of the LOT

      I have been awaiting for my car repair from a collision for 3.5 months. I have been told the part is on back order, which I understand. There is no estimate on how long this will take and I have requested to move my car elsewhere and I have been told I cannot, since my car is currently broken apart. The issue I have is I don't know how long this could take and I am paying insurance for a car I haven't used in month. I am unable to get an estimate and unable to move my car. I have been denied when asking about a rental car from Union Park Honda Collision Center. I would much prefer Honda to give me some sort of compensation for waiting so long with no estimate for the time of my repair.

      My issue reported on 08/02/2023 with Union Park Auto 1704 Pennsylvania Ave Wilmington, DE 19806-4020 has been resolved with outstanding service. The entire issue stemmed from a lack of communication. I would recommend them to all and anyone. ***** contacted me and took care of the issue immediately. Service was/is outstanding. Very Pleased.
