    Do not do business with this company! I signed up for a free trial, never used it, forgot to cancel in time, now they are billing me every month. For 2 years! They will not let me cancel and will not refund me. They said I'm in a 2 year contract with them! I want my money back and to stop being billed!

    Horrible service and scam to get fees for unused services. My son did subscribed to this company's 30 day free trial and stop using it after a week, and never used it again later. Then he forgot to unsubscribe/end his subscription. Then they request payments while only providing cancellation of subscription via email. My son sent many emails to them stating he wanted to cancel his subscription and had never used their service after one or two weeks of trial. Each time he got a response that "Thank you very much for your message. Due to the current particularly high workload, our response is delayed a little. Please give us the time to process your request and refrain from contacting us again in the meantime. We will get back to you as soon as possible." They didn't cancel his subscription. Furthermore, they are still trying to charge us additional fees for new months and use a 3P service to collect the payments with additional payment collection costs.

    Do NOT use this service. I tried this for my child and he didn't like it so I called them to cancel and they said they told me no I can't cancel and was locked in for 2 years!! Total
    scam and now they are harassing me for monthly payments for the next 2 years even though I don't use it.
