    Poorly made product! Came with broken pieces and drill holes that don't line up. Upon requesting to get a refund, they said I'd have to pay for the return myself and then they'd inspect it and decide if I get a refund. The return cost according to UPS was $200 which was more than the chair cost. When i told the seller that, they offered to give me a partial refund of $34 to keep the chair as is (useless) this was just poor customer service and insulting.
