    If I could give them a zero, I would.

    A client of ours had problems with refunds and to our knowledge there is still an amount outstanding.

    They owe my firm more than $2400. They ignore emails, do not return phone calls etc.
    We asked Naomi for the name of the CEO and was told they don't give out that information since the CEO does not get involved in that type of work. For all we know, Naomi is the CEO
    We sent Naomi the details and she ignored the email in spite of our saying we would file a claim with the BBB and get our attorney involved

    Please do not use them, you may regret it. If you are a TMC, there can be risk to your clients.
    Terrible customer service.. I don't recommend you use them at all.

    I bought the ticket business class, direct flight to the Istanbul on September 7 in advance to be affordable for 2300$
    They issued the ticket and send me the confirmation number @ and booking reference WCDVUk data of October 3 . Because the health problem I have I can set in the economy set I perched the business class thicket. After 10 days they reached me and ask for more money or I have to set on economy seats. Also they provide me the different thicket confirmation which as @
    I called the Turkish airline also they said they changed the original thicket on September 13.
    I have to be in Istanbul before October 3 or I will Lose my business meeting and it’ll be cost me a lot. I filed the claim with US attorney office today and I will fill the lawsuit tomorrow. Don’t buy anything from this travel agency, they are scam .

    BAD FAITH too many "dbas" Air Business Travel dba Travel Management Group failed to rebook my flight from Houston to Reykavik, Iceland after June 13th United Flight 20 was returned at 6:30 pm. due to bad nose gear. Frank Haas cannot keep any money as you provided no services, including rebooking. Through no action or fault of my son, Frank Haas --in 5 hours could not find the flight I found in 30 minutes; namely Houston to Chicago, on June 14 at 5:55 am or thereabouts, and Chicago to Reykavik and return.
    This company charged me $11,841, which included $848.20 and $848.20 for 2 Business Class tickets from Amsterdam to Reykavik. (Shows as “Icelandair Arc USA”, but was Air Business Travel charge on my form). "Ticket requires consumers/client to give written permission to cancel ticket."
    “AirBusiness Travel Advisors will not cancel ANY reservation without a WRITTEN cancellation request from a customer.” REFUND $11,841.00 IN FULL.
    Consumer requested at 11:23 pm, June 13, 2023, for Frank to cancel ONLY the Icelandic flight which left at 2:10 pm from Amsterdam to Reykavik.
    At that time, it was only 5:23 Amsterdam time - plenty of time before 6/14 2:10 pm flight. He did not reply, and did not timely cancel flight.
    Frank Haas, representative and agent was directly instructed by consumer to NOT cancel the return, but he did so in breach of contract.
    My reviews and possible legal action will ensure this matter is cleared away, but for an Act of God, namely the nose gear failure, my son and I would not have any reason to take action. We were timely ON board the flight. Then, we followed YOUR rules. Finally, it is through this Act of God, namely nose gear failure, that my son and I could not make the Iceland segment. Therefore, we are entitled to a full refund, under Texas statutory rules, of all segments. Your cancellation and failure to properly rebook these passengers is a total breach and represents several Texas Deceptive Trade practices.
