    They never acknowledged that they were a “ service “. They led you to believe that THEY were direct employees of the airline. They quoted flight prices that were a bit higher than the airlines on-line prices. We requested refundable tickets and they assured us that is what was booked. We hand to cancel our trip within a week of the original booking date.
    Upon requesting a cash refund from the airline we were told that wasn’t an option. The Reservation Service wouldn’t acknowledge the error. Instead we were told that we had a credit with the airline and that THEY would give us a credit for their services which we had to use within a year or lose it. We did use the flight credit but the new trip costs were higher than the credit. Despite repeated calls requesting a refund for their services or to even discuss the issues, we’ve been totally ignored and they will not return our phone calls.
    I feel they completely misrepresented what business they represented. Misrepresented the flight terms and costs. The fees they charged were 4 XS higher than other “ services” like this charge.
    They are essentially scamming people by misrepresenting their involvement, services and fees.
