      This complaint has NOTHING to do with the staff and PTs who are wonderful and helped me immensely. This complain is specific to the billing process and billing statements that Pivot provides. For example, the most recent statement I received is as of 11/29/2023 and I did not receive it until 12/26/2023. It is 03/06/2024 and I have not received any statements since. They don't show your payments as Credits to a declining balance; rather they simply erase whole or partial visits from the statement. Also, prior charges INCREASED with no explanation and that throws the entire self - reconciliation process awry. It's extremely frustrating. The billing statements - when they create them - are cut late, mailed late, received late, with missing visits to reflect payments made months ago and changes to charges with no explanation. The phone folks, while well meaning, can't help you. I have escalated this as far as I can within the Pivot website, hoping for a customer advocate to contact me. But no one has. I think folks need to be aware that while the PT service is stellar, the headaches that follow to understand and resolve their billing may not be worth the visits.
