    UPDATE: the response from the company originally on Google, is defamation especially as a state employee. I have a pool pass currently. I was never thrown out. I live alone and the only one on my lease. I have only one sister and she lives in NH. My complex advised me to call Albert and his first response was "Why didn't you call me instead?" He accused the property of stating that I committed a crime. No where did he rectify the liability issue presented to him. He alleged that the property manager also was the one who wrote the reply. Filing for formal complaint. Meanwhile, Albert said he'd call back (after thinking that calling justifies slander), he hasn't, and it looks as if they attempted to take my review down I think realizing the legal troubles behind their slander.

    ORIGINAL: I'm a tenant at Stoneybrook; one of the complex pools they manage. As tenants we pay for these services and access. The pool is open 11-7pm and the lifeguards are typically 1-2hrs late. Sometimes no show. Happens about 3times a week and last summer. When they call Pete, he doesn't address them as late employees with "it's okay buddy." It's also their job to lock up the pool and they don't. Pete was heard over the phone claiming it was the complex's job to lock up... how if they leave at 5, you're pool management, you have the lock and frankly if they did start locking up, then Neptune's hours would be cut. The lifeguards left trash and the pool isn't taken care of. Technically there is nothing legally stopping all tenants from paying rent if Neptune can't get their business running.
