    I was surprised by how abysmal my experience was with Direct Rental Service. As a company, they failed to uphold their contract, neglected to communicate, and overcharged for services. My family rented a porta potty in April for delivery in August, and I confirmed the order 2 weeks prior to the contracted delivery date. It was not delivered. When I called to inquire, they informed me that my order had been canceled. There was no advance notice of the cancellation.

    When I maintained that the company had an obligation to provide a porta potty, they were able to secure one from another company for an extra $167 over the original contract. When the new company sent me a copy of the invoice, I learned that the porta potty cost much less than what Direct Rental Service claimed they were charged. The invoice was marked as paid. Direct Rental Service's customer support did not offer any apology for canceling my order, failed to provide answers on repeated calls, never called back after stating they would. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and absolutely disappointing.

    Beware. This business does not honor their own contract. We rented a dumpster for 3 days due to replacing a roof and the dumpster was not hauled away as promised, prohibiting us from accessing our equipment needed for business. Verified several times upon booking that the dumpster would be hauled away by a specific date and the ball was dropped causing us to lose business and money. When we contacted the company regarding the dumpster not being picked up, we were still unable to get a solid pick up date. To make matters worse, this company failed to provide any cost adjustment due to them breaching the contract ;however, had we breached the contract we would have been charged an additional fee. Find a more reputable and professional company to give your business.
