      This business does not do what they’re asked of. I live in one of the rentals they took over for a landlord and I’ve not only been paying the landlord plus the ARS company. But, since theirs no communication between landlord and ARS. One saying I owe nothing and the other stating I do. Then I get codes enforcement at the house a year before this. The codes officer said he is fining my landlord every month to not be up to code. I’ve been here since May of 2023 and all a sudden get a notice where the entire home needs to be evicted by 1/31. Mind this home is an illegal boarding house and I never knew it till now. Don’t do business with this company it’s gonna be your worst nightmare plus their not BBB accredited.
