    I had taken a check cashing account through Delaware Park casino but it's through an independent company which I am unable to get in touch with. Delaware Park is a disgrace as they do not help you with anything. I had cashed two checks today and then I went to use the ATM and I was blocked from getting any money. It was only $200 which I had enough in my checking account to cover but it said transaction denied, contact your bank. I got the same message on another machine as well. I then went to the cashier and she said it was my bank blocking it. I called the Executive Office of my bank, Santander, and was told by Emily that there were no blocks on my account and that it came from the casino. I tried to get in touch with the check cashing holding company but there was no one to speak to and the manager who was at the casino cashier didn't want to help me and just walked away. This is unacceptable and I am going to see if I have to contact the Attorney General as well in this regard.
