    I've been scammed! They advertise their services as all in one charge.
    So l'm very very upset with this
    company. I thought !was paying
    $29.99 and my birth certificate
    would arrive. AT THAT PRICE!
    When I finally received stuff to find
    out I now need to send iowa an
    additional $15 for said birth
    certificate.
    I COULD HAVE ORDERED THE
    THING DIRECTLY FROM
    IOWA AND NEVER PAID $29.99
    I WANT MY MONEY BACK! ASAP.

    SCAMMED out of $80+ dollars!!! NEVER use this company..I haven't gotten my birth certificate yet, and none of the phone numbers work!!!

    Scammed out of 80. No report given after a month and a half. It was definitely my fault for not researching this company.

    A complete scam. I need a passport asap and was trying to find where to legitimately get a copy of my birth certificate, and this seemed like the place to get it. Upon receiving the email ( in my spam folder by the way, go figure) I reached out questioning why I needed to pay another 25 dollars for something I already paid 54 dollars for. The lady where I called ( official office this time) told me I had been scammed for FREE paperwork that I don’t need to pay for. Please do not use this website. I’m asking for a refund from them and my bank to see what I can do. This is a website that is taking your information and giving you a Form you can get for free making you pay 54 dollars for it and you have to pay 25 dollars to the actual place for the birth certificate. I’m sick to my stomach knowing I fell victim to this.
