    I’d give it a big 0 stars if I could! I downloaded the app, used it for a month or so, then canceled it through my app purchases as it wasn't really what I needed.

    I just realized they were still charging me $24.99 a month since I canceled in October of 2023. I reached out to customer service, they apologized, said that in order to cancel I’d have to also cancel through their website. Then they said they were going to issue me a refund. I asked how much the refund will be, and they said for three months worth. When I asked why they weren’t refunding me my money since November of 2023, they said since I contacted them just now all they can do is refund me three months prior…..I’m livid! I haven’t used the app since canceling….what on earth are these scammers trying to do making us cancel in two different ways from two completely different steps and platforms!

    I’d give zero if I could.

    I cancelled my subscription before the trial was up and also deactivated my account completely. I was still charged for the subscription. I emailed and explained that I cancelled everything on my side, I never heard back or got a refund.

    Well, it happened again and I emailed them once again and never heard back.

    This is ridiculous. I will still be trying to contact for my refunds on both months.

    I deactivated my account two months ago and they are still charging me monthly. When you use their customer service(message only) a bot responds. It says you can respond back but you won't get any answers even though the bots answer wasn't helpful. Their phone number is registered in a different state and it doesn't give you access to anyone. It will talk about marketing and then hang up on you. The can't find any record of my email/old account but they have access to my new credit card. The only way I could stop payment was to have my credit card company block them

    I downloaded the app and started an account. In under 5 minutes, perused the offerings and decided I didn’t want it.
    I deleted my account, and my the app off my phone. I am somehow still being charged 34.99. All phone numbers listed are disconnected. The email address no one responds to. And the contact us form is automated with instructions on how to log in and unsubscribe. As I know for a fact I have deleted my account, I have no way to contact them or get my money back.

    Canceled trial and was still charged for a $99 annual plan???? Worst part is it said it was via their website when I have never visited it, only downloaded the app on the Apple App Store. Very fraudulent and when I disputed for a credit card chargeback they claimed I signed up for this annual subscription for $100. The app is also so awful for pregnancy. Way better free ones out there. Scam of a company preying on women. Shame on them.

    I tried to sign up for the free trail but was charged anyway, and when I contacted the customer service they sent an automated response saying they would help me get a refund if I followed the steps they gave me, I still have the charge on my account and I can't get ahold of anyone.

    I’ve been using Flo.health to try to conceive. I signed up for the premium which is $14 a month. I’ve only been using the app a few months and each month the information is repeated not worth the $14 a month so I try to cancel very difficult! I contacted customer service through email the past 3 months now and they have told me they would cancel my subscription only for the next month to come and my account is getting charged again!!! I will be making a call!! This is ridiculous!
