  Recently we completed our 4th shipment to the Philippines with RSS LLC. The first shipment was an exclusive 40 foot container and the next three shipments were smaller shipments that went in a shared container. Each and every shipment was executed perfectly. Its good to know that over the years the level of service RSS provides has remained excellent.

  RSS was quick to respond by email when we asked for a quote, while other companies either didn't respond accurately or kept pushing to speak on the phone. They allowed us to pack everything ourselves. We chose to use door to port service because we have a family member that works at the port of Constanta. During the duration of our shipping, Michelle took the time to answer our emails and/or calls very quickly and professionally. Everything arrived in great condition, we were very happy with their service all around!

  I initially requested pricing through some website online and was contacted by at least 10 different companies. I was not at all impressed after speaking with representatives from these companies. I wasn’t convinced that they really knew what they were talking about because each one seemed to give me different information. A friend suggested I join one of the expat groups on Facebook to see if people in the group had any recommendations. One name kept coming up so I reached out to them. I have just completed my move and used RSS LLC on the recommendation of the members in the expat group. Everything with my move went well and I highly recommend RSS LLC to those looking to move to France.

  I was moving from the US to Poland, and at the last moment, decided to change some arrangements, but despite short notice, Kate and Michelle quickly accommodated my new needs. Moving overseas can be very stressful and emotional, but thanks to their efficient service, the entire process went on without a glitch. Their overseas partner was also very efficient handling it at the receiving end. All in all, it was an excellent experience and would highly recommend the company to anyone facing a 'big move'.   I read all the positive reviews thinking that I was in good hands, especially since I had limited shipping options to Central America. When I interacted with Kate Deluca, she gave me confidence in the company, but the reality was disappointing. Initially quoted around 4k for shipping a one-bedroom apartment, we agreed on the price after I sent pictures of my items. However, they deceived me to sign the contract. Following their instructions, I packed my belongings as directed, but the local hiring company they contracted refused to ship my items due to improper packing. Despite trying to contact RSS, I received blame for the situation and was forced to pay more for a larger shipping container, doubling my expenses to 8k.
  The way my belongings were left in the parking lot and the unexpected out-of-pocket expenses due to their negligence left me extremely upset. The false promises regarding customs charges and the unprofessional customs broker hired upon arrival resulted in a significant additional financial loss of 5k. It seems that RSS prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, as evident from their lack of communication and unfulfilled promises. Kate and Michelle may initially appear professional, but their attitude changes once the contract is signed, leaving customers feeling neglected and at fault for any issues that arise. Be cautious when dealing with them, as they tend to tell you what you want to hear to secure the contract. I lost total of 13k from the 4k that I was quoted.

  My fiancé and I used RSS for our move from Texas to the Philippines. Everyone on the US side was very helpful as was their counterpart in Manila. The container was loaded at our door in Spring TX, sealed and delivered to our door in the Philippines. Everything went very well. I could tell from our initial contact that they are a professional and experienced company and strongly recommend their services

  I came across an expat group on Facebook and many members were recommending RSS LLC in Delaware USA for shipping to France. I reached out to them through their website and received a response back almost immediately with a quote. We then scheduled a call for later in the day. I had been trying to organize my move for a few months so I knew a little about the process since I had spoken with other companies. After my conversation with Katie, there was no question that she knew what she was doing and was a true professional in her field. Katie told me that she tells everyone she speaks with to go with their gut instinct. Done deal. I signed with RSS the following day. Everything went so smoothly. I was very impressed and can see why so many people recommended Katie and RSS.

  I am extremely pleased with the services I received from RSS, LLC. Kate and Michelle were very professional and responsive. Their agent in UK was very organized and our container arrived on time as promised, goods unloaded without any damage. If you are planning to move overseas, use then, it will make your move easy and with no hidden charges.

  I recently had to relocate a large amount of home furnishings from Nashville, TN to a small town in England.
  
  Kate at RSS led me thru the entire process & was on hand to answer all questions (and I had a lot).
  All the prep work paid off as the move went without a hitch.
  
  Price-wise they are HIGHLY competitive, but you can't put a price on the comfort you get from working with someone real industry experience and Kate clearly has that, and some.
  
  Over the moon with the service and I couldn't recommend highly enough.
