    Since joining the Travel Pals group, my husband and I have called the concierge service a few times. Each time, the agent was very professional and very helpful, providing us with the information we needed. They were also helpful in making reservations. It is a great service.

    I just recently booked a cruise using my membership and I'm very impressed. I had a great onboarding experience with *****, who was able to patiently explain all the added benefits to keeping it (even when I was a little skeptical lol). But as I got to experience it first hand, I appreciated the discounts and perks so much. I was on the Norwegian Joy for 6 days and truthfully I will be using this going forward. You save so much!
