    In October, I paid one of THEIR employees for treatments in 2025. That employee was fired in December. I think the company should stand by that agreement because he was an employee at that time. I have a receipt signed by that employee. They are, basically, telling me.....too bad. Offered to do nothing! They did tell me that I am not the first person they have heard from with similar stories.

    The company had a contract to do hedge removal, stump grinding, use of top soil and grass seeding. They were going to move the Learher leaf Viburnum to the front of the house. They never completed the job. They did some removal but not all the shrubs & samplings. They did the work in the fall but never did complete the job. I started in call and text them in May and June. Finally I was called in July. They said the grinding machines would be ruined because of the si call ticks etc. then they said according to Miss Utilities that there were electrical lines etc. Trees told me they tried to contact me about the situation but had no phone calls, texts or emails from November, 2021 until June 2022. They told me Miss Utilities tried to contact me. I talk to Miss Utilities. They never tried to contact me and only communicated with Trees etc. most if what they did do grew back and will have to done again. I had another company come out. They doubted there were any electrical or water lines where the with was supposed to be done. Miss utilities would have come out to paint the lines but Trees etc never asked them to do so. They were not honest about contacting me nor about what they said about Miss Utilities. I fell that the money was a waste and did not appreciate there dishonesty.
