- To lock in the carrier's offer and book a spot on the truck, a deposit is paid on a debit/credit card and then the remaining balance is paid to the carrier upon pick up or delivery either in cash or certified funds, such as: cashier's check or money order.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Whenever the carrier cancels and does not pick up the vehicle, we can either refund the deposit back to the customer or freeze it towards the next carrier.
