      Worse experience ever. $5600 for them to see my dog. Then told us that if any other cost would invite they would call to let us know. Spoke with the doctors multiple times over the last 2 days and nothing came up about need additional cost. Come to find out they were even treating my dog in correctly and there was not even any issues with fluids in the lungs. Then when told we could come pick up our dog at anytime they hit us with another bill and said we will not release him until final payment is made. We never once were told about a having to pay more and not sure why because he was not being treated for the correct thing anyway. They hold your animals hostage until you pay that sounds like great service. I know everyone cares about their pets and wants the best for them but I would avoid this place at all cost if you can. They only truly care about is money and being paid.

      Mr. *** spoke with 3 staff member, including the CEO who he openly threatened to leave reviews everyday to intentionally "bring down our score" if we did not refund him the balance paid to us at discharge for medical services rendered. As Mr. *** himself indicated, we stayed in constant contact with him regarding the status of his pet. This money was owed for services provided to care for his pet, who was discharged in improved condition to his wife. We have signed documentation that include a disclosure that all bill updates will be done via email as this allows staff to focus on our inpatient and emergency cases. In addition, we have the time stamped emails to prove these updates were provided. This client is actively leaving reviews not because we did anything wrong, but because he was unable to bully us into giving him money back. As veterinary professionals in a privately owned practice it is our job to be present to be able to provide care when an animal is sick or injured, but it is a pet owners job to be financially responsible for their pets. Our services are not free as we must pay for equipment, medication and the staff that cares for our patients and they deserve to be paid, as do we. We refuse to accept the continued bullying displayed by this person who CLEARLY cares more about money than his pet. We provided the care that allowed his pet to go home, THAT is what we do and THAT is what matters.

      feel like every option was not given to effectively diagnose pet illness
