    Once you win they lock your account. What a joke and disappointment.... Lost hundreds of dollars. They offer no help and don't care about the customers.

    Hacked account. Spent thousands. Offered no help. Wanted a reciepts from 2 yrs ago i cant provide. As i dont have access to it anymore. No remorse not willing to help. My advice is to not engage in business with yotta.

    Does not care about customers.

    Only about money. I have an email from them lying 'our game does not have a refund function'. I tried to enjoy the game after a few days coupled with network and game issues, and a pretty inactive new serve, decided it's not for me and being polite asked for a refund on about 2000usd. It seriously can't be that hard to refund some purchases, and to lie saying you don't have a refund function' is absurd.

    Company is a joke. Guess I'll be going to my banks to charge back these charges.

    This company has zero ethics and will scam you. I purchased over 10,000 usd worth of purchases for my account and after being charged for additional purchases I did not made I decided to ask for a refund of these unlawful charges.

    The company costumer service was not only unable to resolve the issues created by their bogus app and they not only did not want to refund these charges I did not make but they even banned my whole account and prevent me from use my account till today violating the whole apple purchase agreement terms.

    I am really considering a lawsuit against them.
