    I was skeptical about whether it would be possible to recover money that had already been transmitted using bitcoins, USDT, and other currencies until I came across a tech firms that offers recovery services for all your money stolen through cryptocurrency. I invested my money in an attempt to make significant profits, until I was told I would have to maintain payment even if I did not make anything. I was able to retrieve everything by directly contacting them, And I’m grateful that groups like them exist to help and recover my investment losses.     I had like 6-700$ in my account and I was waiting til it grew bigger to withdraw. It was asking me to verify myself to make the withdrawal, and submit my id and a selfie and as soon as I did, it said I was banned and shit down. I tracked out through email cause there’s NO NIMBER AND got a response saying Ohio was not qualified anymore! I want my money back!!

    I deposited my BTC into my Paxful wallet without being required to complete ID verification, and so I have not engaged in any trading or transactions on the platform. I requested to withdraw my deposited BTC and send it back to myself. Paxful Support has told me that I must complete ID verification before I can withdraw or send my crypto. They told me to read the ToS, which I did, and I mentioned the inconsistency in their policy, as ID verification was not required for depositing my BTC, but is mandatory for withdrawals. Paxful Support has stated that using their digital wallet service, which includes STORING, sending, and receiving digital currency, is subject to their Terms of Service and ID verification requirements. I have tried multiple attempts to seek clarification and request reconsideration, Paxful Support has maintained their position and closed the ticket (without my consent or request), stating that completing ID verification is the only option available for me to withdraw my BTC.

    Thankfully, I have only lost $27 worth of crypto over this ordeal.

    Lance, you are the worst customer support I have ever talked to.

    Paxful always support scammer. I write the negative review to the vendor who took my money and act like I didn't pay him and when I write bad review on the vendor paxful team delete my comments it means they help scammer to scam more people

    This website is a breading ground for scams paxful can't understand and should be closed. Hard working people lose their money on here every day even in 2022. Idk why but we can't report users after payment or rerate them so. This site can't be fixed.

    I did not receive any email notification when my paxufl account was frozen.
    It was only when I logged into my paxful account that I found out that it had been frozen.
    My paxful account had been registered for 3 years and I hadn't made any transactions for a month before it was frozen.
    And the last few transactions were not disputed.
    I contacted paxful customer service and they said they had to review my account.
    But they don't have a timeline. That means they don't know how long they will freeze my account for.
    Why was my paxful account frozen? Is it because of my previous deposit of a few thousand USDT?
    That's terrible.
    So far paxful has frozen my account for a week.
    I have not been told exactly why or when it will be unfrozen.
    I don't trust paxful anymore.
