    We have our domain on auto renew, they did not auto renew this year or last year after I was assured it wouldn't happen again. No email for a small business that does most of it's business via email is a huge issue. It takes them forever to get back to you, no phone number, only email. And then once they finally get back to you they say it takes 24-48 hours for it to come back online. I am switching my domain as soon as it's turned back on to a different company. Do not use rocketbuildr.

    BEWARE!! I wish I would have read these reviews before I gave them all my money. Oh my goodness I can't tell you how horrified I am. I am trying to run a business here and this company took my money and did NOT publish my website!! I'm terrified now and very scared and of course very angry. I spent HOURS and HOURS customizing my website and I'm so, so sad that I will have to start all over now. I'm sitting here crying because this company has absolutely ruined me and delayed my business. I wish I could get my money back.
