    I want to file a complaint against Amazon-Sellers Account for commercial store website. I signed up for Amazons-Seller Ecommerce back in 2020 based on their offer to join and become a member of Amazon-Sellers - I had to pay via ecommerce which was either $49.99 or $59.99. per month. I saw a website with 1 item (pantyhose) one time but never saw it again. Yes I want to be just compensated for all the monies I paid out towards this scam for 4 years. Since then I purchased another amazon-sellers account in July 2024 for $149.99 and never have seen it. I ask daily where can I go to see my site. But they amazon-sellers unit, keep sending other managers to answer me without first looking to see if I had an amazon-sellers account. The other day I asked for a refund but only if they find my older account I can get my $149.99 back. I don't want to lose my amazon-sellers account because I invested in it too long now. Approximately 4 years of just taking my money. Some of my emails are dated 2022 indicating the same information identifying back then that my amazon-sellers account was named 2TheBeat Enterprises. I have been leaving emails and they keep sending me new supervisors or agents to handle this issue. Since then and in 2024 I decided to take advantage of the holidays sales. But to no avail. All my information, with the exception to my Amazon Prime Account. approximately 2 months ago, being that amazon-sellers said that they have no account for me I originally signed up and purchased an amazon-sellers account and named it 2Thebeat. Please make this these issues WHOLE again. Thanks 9-19-24 NYC Thursday
