We purchased a brand new travel trailer at the end of 2022. Before we were able to pickup they had discovered water intrusion so they had to reseal where they thought the water had been coming from. Few days later, we take the camper home and even on a trip shortly after. Once we were back in town, we had taken it back in to be repair among a few other punch list items. A few weeks go by and we had another trip planned and they were graciously willing to let us take the camper as they were awaiting parts. Mind you, the camper has always been functional, just has some aesthetic defects due to damage. After our trips we brought it back in again where it sat for a couple of months, this time with no attention given to it at all. We again decided to pick it up as t hey were awaiting warranty approval to make repairs. We brought it back yet again on a scheduled date and since then it has been sitting for a collective 6 months since we have owned it. As it sits now, I believe it is all torn apart (Cabinetry and other miscellaneous furniture) and has not been revisited for a few weeks. Whenever I call I rarely get an answer. Whenever I leave a message I rarely receive a call back. I have had to drive to the dealership on most instances to talk to someone. I am usually told next week or a few more days but this hasn't been the case. Not once have I been disrespectful in my approach and have tried to be understanding. Everyone has been very polite we are just tired of paying a monthly payment on a brand new coach that we can't use. In all reality we just want the camper back in the condition it should have been when purchased new. If that's unrealistic than we would like to either have the camper replaced or refunded and we will purchase another elsewhere. I am not sure if we have any legal grounds. We have poor documentation of dates and services provided as we originally didn't feel a need to question what they said they were going to do. Any help is greatly appreciated!Business Response

*** *****, picked up his unit on October 12, Thursday. There was an excessive amount of time waiting for authorization from the manufacturer and then obtaining the correct parts. Upon finally receiving the correct parts the company was able to proceed with the repairs. *** ***** had a trip planned for the weekend of Oct 11-15. We made 85 percent of the repairs and made the unit available for his family. There are still some styles to replace by the refrigerator and the entertainment center and a compartment door to replace. We are waiting on decals to arrive from the manufacture for the compartment door. We will be contacting *** ***** once the decals arrive to complete the repairs. We don't have an ETA from the manufacture at this time. We do apologize for the delay and look to get this matter resolved for Mr. & Mrs. ***** to enjoy their camper.Business Response

Purchased in August 2020. Freezer ices around top of door which isn't a normal occurrence. Also, bedroom slide will not extend must be manually extended. Bought RV new and would like this situation resolved. RV One has told us to contact the manufacturer about the freezer. Freezer issue has been a problem the whole time. Please advise. Purchased from RV One Superstore in Alachua Florida.Business Response

We have tried to work with **** ***** to resolve this situation. RV One in Gainesville Florida have yet to resolve this problem. We have been in contact with the service manager ******* and nothing has been resolved. Still ices around door of freezer and we do not hear from the dealership. We've made every effort to get this resolved taking time off of work and driving to the dealership multiple times with still no resolution. RV One is blaming Dometic about dragging their feet however we know that on multiple occasions ******* has not followed through. I think RV One wants us to forget about it. So discouraging. Terrible Terrible customer service!!!! Situation still not resolved♀Initial Complaint

We brought our TT in Nov. We had issues w/the slide out 2 weeks after purchase. RV One claimed the fixed it only for us to find out a month later they never fixed it. we took it elsewhere but it was going to cost $2000. RV One said they would make it right and after a month of waiting they did nothing. We went to the store they confirmed they did nothing but they would make it right and replace the bar. 3 weeks later they still have NOT ordered the bar. We picked up our TT last night. All we want is the slide out bar to be replaced properly and for you Gainesville store to stop FRAUDING people. We do not want to use the Gainesville store but we will take it to Orlando. However we are not going to pay for repairs they should have fixed. we do have and extended warranty. I have all the paperwork at home. If you get me a fax or email I will send it all to you.Business Response

The general manager is aware of this complaint and has done nothing for the last 2 months. When my husband went to get the camper yesterday not one person attempted to try and resolve this. the GM was aware when we brought the TT in on July 16 as well as when we came in on 8/14 and never bothered to say a word to us. the GM does not have an desire to fix this and has had every chance to try. I would not have taken it to this level if the GM had done something. He had the chance in Nov., then again in Feb, and now July and August. I want this handled at the next level it is FRAUD what has happen to us. This company has lied and stolen from us.
