      They told me it would be 5000 dollars to take down 5 trees. They only cut 2 feet off of one tree that was dead and is still about 25 feet tall. It was the easiest one to cut down because it's been dead and doesn't have any branches. It's been rotting for years. I told them what good did it do to only cut off 2 feet of a dead rotten tree and they said it would be another 1500 dollars to cut it down when it should have been cut down when they were here.

      Please see attached invoice for *** ****** that was paid in full last November when we completed his job. Please note his invoice is $100 less than the contracted price because *** ****** accused our team of stealing one of his plants. We absolutely did not steal his plant. However, we did not argue with *** ****** and he was satisfied with us taking $100 off of his bill. 

       

      Now over 6 months later, ** ****** is claiming his job was incomplete. Respectfully, that is ridiculous and is unfortunate about his character.

      I just checked my roof after Mr tree cut down trees and discovered a hole in my roof near where they cut down the trees in my front yard. This is usually a 500 dollar repair. They told me they would slowly lower the branches to the ground when I paid them 4900 bucks.

      Is this the same man who submitted another complaint saying we didn’t finish his job from almost a year ago? This invoice attached was paid a long time ago. This is becoming **********. This man has nothing to say for almost a year and now accuses us of putting holes in his roof, not completing the job, and stealing his plant which we already gave him a discount. Why did we not hear anything about this until now and why was the bill paid in full if it was not completed?

      In Mar 23, 2022 Mr. Tree and Lawn Service, LLC company cut down some trees in my house. During this service his bobcat cross over my septic tank and break the top of this. When they access to the trees on the side of the hose they cross over my neighbors properties and damage a lot flower and other plants they had there. They also break a concrete patio bench and a wheelbarrow I had in my backyard + other things. I contacted the Mr. Tree and Lawn Service, LLC about resolved all of this issues, They come and do some extra work to resolve the septic tank issue (work consist in stump grained all remaining stump and remove all tree trash from my property). But, they never finished the work because still stumps and tree trash in my yard. * In regarding to fix the damages to my neighbors land Mr. Tree say they are not responsible for this / what is not true (they cross and lay down a trees into neighbors land). This damages generated a lot of discussion between me and my neighbor. I had to install a fence and fix all these damages by myself. I already spend more than $4500 in fixing all the damages generated for Mr. Tree to my and neighbors properties. The total amount of the service is $8000 I already paid $6000 so I still own $2000 Mr. Tree said to send to collection for this pass due amount what is not right because they never finished work and issues still not resolved. I need a resolution here.

      We have written confirmation of doing everything possible to make this man happy, even when our contract says we don't have to. He has had a problem with his finances since the beginning and we even made a payment arrangement with him. This is all documented in Jobber. He is using BBB to try to get out of paying his balance of $2,000.

       

      We were referred to this man by one of his neighbor's who refers us frequently. He said this man is trying to get us to pay for his repairs on his new property he just purchased. This man who refers us would confirm this information in writing or on the phone if needed.

       

      I think I can share this man's file (****** *****) in Jobber to show our communication and his payment plan. He now at his last payment says there were more damages and more repairs and says he won't pay his final balance. We told him we were going to put him in collections, and this is his retaliation

      I am rejecting this response because: I already explain and communicate to Mr. Tree company all the damages in time. My personal phone is broken so the communication is hard to me and the communication history. The neighbor they mention in previous message know all the situation and troubles I had with my other neighbor  "honestly not sure why you mention him". The payment plan was setup from the beginning of the contract was not a favor. I didn't made the last payment because Mr. tree company doesn't want to fix and finish the mentioned damaged/work. This was the reason I had to fix the damaged to my property and neighbor  by myself.

      I spend more in fixes that I own to Mr. Tree. I tried to get a friendly solution, but the company doesn't want it.
