    Brian was hired to do about $60k in work on a property on Alligator Point. I paid the deposit and each increment as they came due. It was down to a few items, one being replacing 2 pillings and the other being removal of the left seawall remains. He decided to put 1 6x6 piece of wood in for the pilling and cut the seawall to beach level. I withheld the last $3000 and spoke to him about it even though he went to my neighbors and told them I didn’t pay him. He said he would fix the issues but never did. He then placed a lien on the property for $4000. I would not recommend this contractor. Now I have to seek legal action against him.
