Called mech 1 for electrical as after the work they did installing a gas line I knew I could depended on them. I was again impressed. ***** found and remedied the problem in 15 minutes. JUST OUTSTANDING!

We had our AC serviced today by **** from Mechanical One in ***************** and he was fantastic!!He arrived on time (early actually since our appointment was thoughtfully moved from 2:00pm to 11:00am), listened as I explained our issues and then set out to work.He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to remedy things in no time. He provided some guidance on what we can do periodically to minimize or prevent the problem from returning.All I can say is thanks ****!Mechanical One, LLC

*** came on Sunday and repaired our A/C. *** is very knowledgeable and gave me a way to resolve the issue without calling for a repair. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was sure to let us know when the system was back up and running. I was very impressed with *** knowledge and appreciate the advice he gave to help prevent this from happening again. My wife and I also appreciate the time and the fact that it was on a Sunday.Mechanical One, LLC
