    Subject: Concerns Regarding *** and Signature Management ********************* are serious issues with the *** and Signature Management that need immediate attention.Lack of Transparency: Homeowners are unaware of who hired Signature Management, why, their contract terms, and their expertise. Despite being paid to manage our properties, theres no accountability or communication about their plans or progress.Unresolved Issues: Over a month since they took over, theres no clarity on addressing critical issues like roof damage, hurricane repairs, bat infestations, and parking lot maintenance.Frequent Management Changes: The *** board frequently changes management companies with no visible improvements. Suspiciously, Southwest Management often reclaims control, accompanied by significant rate hikes without homeowner input.Disproportionate Rate Increases: The recent rate hike is alarmingly high compared to other communities, discouraging new buyers and renters.Bylaw Request Ignored: Despite repeated requests since October, Signature Management has failed to provide a copy of our bylaws, showing a lack of preparedness and responsibility.Theres evidence of financial mismanagement, potentially harming homeowners. A previous management company was found guilty of fraud, yet homeowners are still waiting for accountability and improvements.We seek guidance on which governmental body oversees these management companies and the *** board to ensure proper accountability.Please have Signature Management contact me at ************** to provide my property bylaws, or we will pursue legal action.Thank you for your assistance.Sincerely,******** *******

    Dear Ms. ************************ reviewing your complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the details you provided, we would like to provide the following clarification:


    Email Communications:
    You mentioned in your complaint that you emailed our company in October 2024 regarding your request for the bylaws. To ensure accuracy, we conducted a trace of our email system for any messages sent from your provided email address, *************** ********* confirmed that no emails from this address have ever been received by anyone within our organization, see attached.


    Timeline of Management Services:
    Signature Management did not begin managing your association until November 1, 2024, and we received the signed management contract from the board less than a week prior to this start date. Unit our start date of November 1st, we did not have any homeowner contact information or community records. Any communication sent before November 1 would have been with the previous management company.


    Bylaw Request:
    Although we did not receive any prior communication from you, we are happy to provide the requested bylaws. You can access all of your associations governing documents using the link below:

    Transparency and **************************************** holds open monthly board meetings, where homeowners are encouraged to attend and voice their concerns. The board, elected by the community, is responsible for decisions on behalf of homeowners, including hiring management companies and approving budgets.
