      i came in looking to get a new sound system. i dropped my car off in perfect condition as it was just checked by a mechanic, my grandmother id financing the car so there hasnt been a payment so for. after the job was done i picked the car up and noticed the right tail light would shut off when i reversed and would flash when i used my blinker. as im checking the lights when i home i notice that its difficult to switch gears it keeps locking up. i couldnt call the shop to let them know because they gave me my car 15 minutes after the shop was closed there was no answer as expected. next day i let them know about the lights and drive over there. on my way i stop to get gas and fill up my tank as i usually do. the distance till empty was at 380miles when my car only has ever held 280 before. also the check engine light came on. when i got there they were hesitant to attend to me and as i was trying to explain to the man what issues i was having he claimed my car already had the engine light when it came in. they also told me my tail light was already ***** before i had the install so it blew. they ran the computer on the car and it said transmission malfunction. if i came in to get a new sound system how did i end up leaving with transmission and electrical problems. they said stuff just happens and compared it to a dead relative. i took my car to the ******* dealership( my car is a ******* genesis ****** to find out the exact problem and i couldnt even take it through the service line because the gears locked up on me
