    I hired Mobile Detailing Brothers to clean a boat. A date was set and I gave them my credit card. On day of appointment, after towing my boat home, they emailed saying the person who was to do the work had a sick child. I checked more online and found they are a scam. I refused to reschedule and demanded my money back. They charged my credit card and refuse to refund the money.

    This company is a scam and there are reports of this company changing their company name whenever they are caught. They are scamming customers and their employees. This is a link to them being caught on the news but they keep changing their company name to keep the scam going ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** . I did a job interview with someone from the company and told him that his company was on the news for their scam and he lied and acted confused. It appears that he shut his website down which is ************************ once mentioning that he was a scam. This website link will take to others complaining about his company. *************************************************************************************************** . In the comments on that website users claim ************************ has scammed under the names: All-American Mobile Detailing / AAMD Buff's Mobile Detailing Poseidons Boat Detailing LLC Top Notch Detailing / TN Detailing Mobile Detailing Brothers Detailing Experts LLC They scam on ********** and may be scamming under other names. Be careful

    I found Mobile Detailing Brothers website on July 25th, 2024. I called and inquired about their services. They offer the Super Gloss Package for $349. I paid them $349 with my **** debit card for an appointment set for July 29th, 2024. I received an email from **** at approximately 4:39am stating that they had equipment problems and needed to reschedule. I reached out to *** after waking and told them I needed the job done on the scheduled date or I need to cancel. The person I spoke with did not want me to cancel but negotiate something I wasn't interested in. I just want my refund. He agreed to refund the $349 and sent me a confirmation of cancellation saying that it would take 7-15 business days. I waited the allotted time for the refund which I didn't get. I called back and spoke to a female who said she didn't handle refunds but would pass the information along. I asked if the refund person would be calling that day and she said yes. I have called back several times only to sit in ring tone for more than five minutes. I believe they recognize my phone number and refuse to answer. I filed a dispute with my bank, who is requiring documentation stating they will do the refund before they will continue the investigation. To date *** will not answer my phone calls

    I scheduled an apt for them to come to my house a provide detailing to one of my cars. I was called the day before the apt informing me there week guy who details over the weekend got sick and had to re-schedule. So I did for a week day. That day came and gone with no one arriving. I reached out and was apologize to and was asked if I wanted to reschedule or get a refund. Since **** was 2 times already, I asked for a re fund. I have emailed them every week asking for an update with no response. I have called multiple time with no answer. They still owe me a refund of $306.90. *****

    On July 26th, 2024 I scheduled a car detailing appointment with this company. They were very kind on the phone and seemed trustworthy. They required me to give card information to confirm the appointment. A few days before the appointment, they texted me saying that their detailer had their car breakdown, so they needed to reschedule. I thought that sometimes stuff happens so I agreed. They said they would give a 10% discount because of the inconvenience. After checking my bank statement, they actually had charged me for the service, and had charged me for the full amount.The appointment has come around today and they didn't show up. They gave me no call, and they will not accept any calls, emails, or texts from me. They seem like scammers, and I would recommend nobody ever do business with them.

    Scheduled mobile detailing service to be completed at my home for 7/27/24. The company never showed for the service on the day. Called to get an update and was told there was a technical error with the schedules and there are too many clients to call all of them to let them know. I called back on 7/28/24 to request a refund since the service was not completed. After waiting 5 business days, I called back because I had no refund or confirmation that a refund would be processed and was told 5-7 business days. I called back on b-day 8, no refund issued. I was told 7-10 business days and to expect an email from the company and processor, no email, no refund. It is past 10 business days, now 13 days since the service was canceled and no refund has been issued. A file was submitted through *********** credit card as well due to this issue.

    I was charged for someone to come detail my car, but no one arrived. I called for several days but no one answered, nor returned my call.

    I needed a come to my house detail for my car. I called brothers car detailing. They gave me an appointment and then they charge my car. They told me how much it would be and they charge my card because they said the person that details. The car doesnt collect the money so I paid the day they were supposed to come. Nobody showed up I called and they said oh were sorry that person called in so were gonna set you up again they set me up for August 8 or August 7 and nobody showed up theyve taken my $400 and over $400 and Ive seen no hide in her hair of them. I called them. I do everything I Photoshop everything took snapshots of every transaction I made with them and Here I am
