      I purchased a seven-year-old home in a developing community and have since had to replace several items due to being informed that my status as a non-original owner voids the warranty. Recently, Ive encountered severe issues: the interior window seals and sheetrock are extensively cracked and missing. Despite understanding that some settling is normal, the extent of this damage is alarming, with walls that appear on the verge of collapse.After the community underwent pressure washing, the window I had previously reported developed a significant leak, causing extensive damage from top to bottom. I provided the developers with photographic evidence of the deterioration before and after the incident. Yet again, I was reminded of my non-original ownership and warranty status, although they offered to recommend vendors for repairs.This response is wholly inadequate. One would expect a reputable company to uphold the quality of their craftsmanship, but this has not been the case. It seems I am left with no choice but to hire a ********* to address the numerous defects in this home. Based on my experience with three properties in *******, Jones Homes USA ranks as one of the least impressive developers *** encountered. Moving forward, I will opt for an older home that I can confidently invest in for retirement.

      This company is the worst builder..They will lie and promise to fix issues but don't. I am seeking anyone who has had issues with this builder to reach out to an Atty. A CLASS action lawsuit needs to happen. Jones Homes USA does not care about its customers once closing is done. They cannot continue to build houses with poor workmanship and not fix them to standards..Please spread the word. I am a homeowner that has a newly built home with major issues that they refuse to fix. I will no longer accept excuses! Enough is enough.

      My next step will be the news! They must be stopped!

      I could write a novel about how poor our experience and new home from Jones Homes USA has been. The worst customer service, builds, attitudes, and craftsmanship I have had to deal with. Incredibly unprofessional. 10 months in the home and still dealing with a large list of issues (many items on the pre-close list), constant no shows and canned customer service responses. When they’ve come to make repairs, they leave the job incomplete or damaged worse than before. Roof leaks, slanted floors/bowed walls. Not to mention the mess and amount of time it takes to have a simple job done. This company is the epitome of a builder cutting corners to pump homes out as fast as they can with no concern for the customer. We are one of many in the community with the same issues. I would not recommend anyone purchase from Jones Homes USA…ever.

      I bought a home from Jones Homes USA, The Reserve at Twin Lakes in Saint Cloud on June 2, 2023. I had a list of issues from the day we walked the house, also another list after we moved in. The promised they will fix the issues quick but one we signed on the closing day, I been begging them for any issue I had. The tile in the dinning and living room is uneven. They said they fixed it but when I put my furniture notice still uneven. The air conditioner on the 2nd floor is not working since we move in it is 82 degrees Fahrenheit. They never call Mills Air to fix it. I called myself, they came on 9/6/23 and noticed is missing the vent that take the hot air out. Now waiting on Jones Homes to approve before they fix it. Let’s see how long it take ? This is Florida and get really hot we can’t be in our house on the 2nd floor. They don’t answer or return phone calls and I been emailing them to prove that I tried to communicate with them. I don’t recommend to buy house from this builder worse experience ever. This is my second house and never have a problem before. They act like they will take care of the client and one you sign the communication end. Of course they have your money already ???????.

      I bought a Home from Jones Homes USA in Twin Lakes, Saint Cloud, FL. From the time we moved in I had a list of issues 2 pages long. Its been over a year and I still have an issue that has not be fixed. My shower tile's finish faded off the tile floor. I have been waiting 3-4 months for some one to fix the issue. A person came to my door asking me if I still had the issue. I told him yes. He told me he would stay on top of it and I never heard a word back. Now I am hearing funny noises from my AC unit outside. ******* ****** will not accept calls directly for warranty repair. They told me I have to call the builder who in turn will contact them. I have called 4 days in a row with no one calling me back. I sent 2 emails. When you call the main number you get no live person and if you do leave a message you get no call back. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED TO SAY THE LEAST.

      From the moment the contract to purchase and build was signed, all communication ended. Not one person ever called to update my parents on the process of their home. The contract is one sided, only protecting the interest of the builder.  We stopped by during the building process a few times and each time, the house was absolutely disgusting, they care very little for your items!  The tile work was done in the dark and it showed throughout the house. The bathtub was filthy with stains that they had to buff out later with not much improvement.   They force you to go through your first walk through when the house is NOT move-in ready, "promising" that they will complete for the second walk.  NOT SO!!! The paint job was poorly done inside and out with no one accountable.  You close the door and the whole wall shakes. The garage door is so loud, and we are told it is normal. We have owned multiple homes and none have ever sounded this loud. Material used inside the home is cheap, however prices that they charge to build the home plus upgrades were not! Pavers were all done uneven and had to be redone multiple times.  Our building managers were completely useless and unresponsive, telling us he called when he did not. Making promises that he never kept. One even had the audacity to say that the home was 95% done at the 3rd "final walkthrough " and we should be happy with that. Notice how I said 3rd walkthrough. There are supposed to be only 2 and it should be 100% completed. People above them were all corporate who only made a bunch of promises in order to close on their timeline. But guess what?! They never came through the way they should. PLEASE, beware about listening to their lies and buying from them. If we could not give them any stars at all we would!
