    On January 3rd 2023 I exchanged my iPhone 14 Pro for a Max ******** I initially had a device payment plan for the first phone however since it was returning it and getting another phone with a device payment plan as well it should have been removed from my account. Till this day it still is on my account and I have been paying $30.55 for a device I do not obtain. Ive paid over $300 dollars and talked to ******* support for multiple days for 7+ hours and they still will not remove my false charge nor credit my money due to the store not sending the device to their corporate warehouse. The store has provided me an invoice that shows I returned the device to them so I do not know why Im being tasked with finding out what the store did with that device. I am not an employee there, I am a customer. This is my account number. Account #****************** was first told when I visited the location at spoke to customer service over the phone it would be resolved in a week. 2 weeks have passed and I called again, there has been no resolution due to a missing phone that they store has receipts of being returned and exchanged.I last called and was told that I would have to travel back to the store and find out where the phone is. That is highly unprofessional and not my job at all! I have refused to pay for service and have been without cellular service going forward until this matter is resolved as they are stealing from me and not taking any responsibility for the stores mishandling of the device. Please help me get these false charges off my account so I can finish paying this current device and leave this horrible phone company. I would either like a refund or a credit towards my bill for the amount I have paid for the device agreement that shows up directly under my account.
