    Dear Sir/Madam
    I was referred to Attorney Tyronne by either a mutual contact or florida law bar.
    We've never met in person, although I did try.
    Evn after I agreed to pay a retainer's fee in the hope to proceed with whatever attorney Tyronne
    recommended.
    Unfortunately, after many attempts, he neither replied back to email, texts nor repeated calls or meet in
    person Tyronne never was available, But instead on our last phone call, he yelled, screamed and
    shouted me to hell. Attorney Tyronne sent me an email urging me never to contact his office. Yet, I was
    in agreement to pay his fee as requested.
    A Florida Professional Lawyer in Practice, Tyronne was totally disrespectful of basic business protocol
    or personal regards to individual needs or preferences.
    I respectfully ask BBB to submit this complaint in the hope that attorney George Harder would develop
    the human touch.
    After many months of trying to reach him by phone, text and email, he is never available. Much of
    what I got from him was a bill after bill BUT refuses to accept payment or meet in person.
    For what it's worth, there's a lot to be said about Central Florida Attorneys. I am disappointed by their
    professional, but heartless and indeferent demeaner.

    This complaint is totally false and Mr.******** is being deceitful or is confusing me with another attorney. Here is the timeline of events:
    5-25-22: Mr.******** called my office and scheduled a consultation.
    5-25-22-I met with Mr.******** by telephone and quoted him for a demand letter. He said that he would take a couple of days to think about it.
    6-2-22-Mr.******** called my office for another telephone meeting.
    6-2-22-I met with Mr.******** and he did not agree with the quote and instead wanted to negotiated a different price. He was very demanding and insisted that I represent him on his terms. He advised me that he had spoken to several different attorneys and all had rejected him. I told Mr.******** that I could not take the case by any other terms but what I quoted. Mr.******** was never sent a fee agreement (as would have been the case had I agreed to represent him) or any method of payment. No offer for representation was extended to Mr.********. Mr.******** was sent a declination letter on 6-4-22 (attached). Mr.******** was provided two consultations that took substantial time and was not charged. I even provided Mr.******** with additional options. Mr.********'s allegation about making many attempts to contact me and getting no responses is untrue. All calls to my office are documented so they can be provided if requested. Mr.******** alleged that I yelled and screamed at him. I have never yelled or screamed at any client or prospective client. I thought that our conversation was pleasant and am actually surprised by this complaint. In his complaint Mr.******** refers to an attorney, "George Harder" when he was meaning to refer to me. Mr.******** also states that he is disappoointed with "Central Florida Attorneys". Mr.******** is probably confusing me with other attorneys with which he consulted. Mr.******** is apparently disgruntled and upset that he cannot find representation on his terms. My interactions with Mr.******** occurred in a professional and timely manner and was resolved quickly with a letter of declination within days of originally meeting with him. This complaint is frivilous and untrue. I have attached the declination letter to show that I politely declined to represent Mr.******** and encouraged him to seek other attorneys and wished him luck. I can provide additional documentary evidence if requested.

    YES, ATTORNEY TYRONE, YOU DID. INSTEAD OF ACCOMODATING TO A POTENTIAL CLIENT WHO HAD ACCEPTED YOUR PLAN TO MAKE PAYMENT AND PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION, INSTEAD YOU Whoop-and-a-Hollered!
    I REATED MYSELF, THAT I APPRECIATED YOUR APPROACH AND A SIMPLE PLAN, I OFFERED TO PAY.
    YET ALL YOU DID WAS SCREAM AND SHOUT.

    YOU, AS A CENTRAL FLORIDA ATTORNEY AT LAW, LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED.
    COMMUNICATION IS CENTRAL TO YOUR PROFESSION, BUT YOU FAILED TO RESPECT THE COMMUNICATION OF OTHERS.
    AT FIRST I DID APPRECIATE YOUR QUICK STYLE. IT'S JUST TOO BAD FOR YOU--YOU ARE NOT THAT MUCH DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CENTRAL FLORIDA LAWYERS.

    LEARN TO RESPECT AND APPRECIATE POTENTIAL CLINETS AS YOU MUTUALLY RECEIVE--NOT MISTAKE CLIENTS FOR FOOLS--RESPECT
    UNIVERSAL RESPECT IS NONE GENDER-BASED, NONE CULTURE-BASED. IT IS FAIR AND NONE Bigoted.

    TO YELL, SCREAM AND SHOUT AT A RESPECFUL STRANGER IS SIMPLY THAT--Bigoted.

    As I have previously stated, my communications with this individual is documented. I did not engage this individual and I declined to represent this individual. The allegations of yelling at this individual simply did not happen. I attached the declination letter that was sent to this individual in my previous response. This is a situation where this individual is upset that I refused to represent him. This individual did not pay me anything and I never requested any payment from this individual.
